Registration Process

  1. Enter your phone number and ID number to initiate registration.

  2. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to you via SMS.

  3. Log in to the app using the OTP, and then set your own 4-digit PIN for future access.

  4. Use this PIN for both the QonaPay app and the *USSD Code 345#.

Activation Process

  1. Launch the QonaPay app on your phone.

  2. Select Activate Account and click Send me an activation key.

  3. Enter your phone number and the PIN you created during registration.

  4. After receiving an activation code via SMS, enter the 6-digit code in the app and click OK.

  5. Finally, enter your USSD PIN to log into the app.

Remember, both the QonaPay app and *USSD Code 345# use the same PIN, making it easy to switch between platforms.
