Collate Ong’wen has over 20 years of experience at Safaricom, she has held key leadership roles in various capacities in both Customer Care and Retail Shops. 

She holds Bachelor’s in Marketing from Kenya Methodist University (KEMU) and Higher Diploma in Business Management from Kenya Institute of Management (KIM). 

She is a Sacco champion representing Moi Avenue Retail shop where she has recruited many members into the Sacco as well as promoting Sacco products.
