Known affectionately as “Mama” by the teams she inspires, she holds an MBA in Marketing and certifications in Agri-business and Technology, enabling her to craft innovative, member-centric solutions while leveraging her expansive network of distributors, venture capital firms, and impact investors to unlock partnerships that accelerate our cooperative’s revenue growth and multiply opportunities for all members. Her rare ability to bridge boardroom strategy with the lived realities of smallholder farmers and everyday SACCO members equips her to guide our credit decisions with both wisdom and compassion, consistently excelling in audits while maintaining impeccable 100% service level adherence.
