Chief Executive Officer
Joseph is a holder of MBA (Strategic Management) and BCom (Accounting) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA K). He is a member of ICPAK in good standing and a founding member of Kenya Society of Professional Co-operators (KSPC) and Institute of Directors (IOD). He is also an African Development Educator (ADE). He has over 20 years work experience, fifteen of which have been in Senior Management. Joseph is a highly skilled and self-oriented professional, a team player and adaptable to all challenging situations. He is passionate about digital transformation and innovation. Joseph has won the coveted CEO of the year Co-operative sector Award for two consecutive years, 2022 & 2023.

Finance Manager
Margaret is a seasoned finance professional and Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) with over 10 years of experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Master of Commerce in Forensic Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Strathmore University. She has held senior roles including Finance Manager at Africa Healthcare Network, Group Chief Accountant at Lexo Energy, Group Business Performance Analysis Manager at East African Breweries Limited (EABL), Financial Reporting Accountant at Unilever Kenya, and Product Controller South Sudan at Stanbic Bank. Margaret brings strong expertise in financial controls, performance analysis, and strategic financial planning, contributing to financial sustainability, transparency, and sound corporate governance.

Irene is an experienced People Manager, with a career spanning over 12 years in human resource management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology & Public Administration from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at the same institution. She is a Certified Human Resources (CHRP) professional and possesses a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management. As a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), Irene upholds professional HR standards and best practices. Her background in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy enables her to foster a productive and positive work environment. Her expertise allows her to drive organizational growth through effective HR policies, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Credit Manager
Judith is a highly accomplished Credit Manager with over 11 years of experience in the financial services sector. Her expertise lies in credit policy development and implementation, credit risk management, loan portfolio management and delivering member-focused financial solutions. She has a proven track record of driving significant improvements in financial performance and operational efficiency. She has successfully reduced the SACCO's non-performing loan (NPL) ratio through effective risk management strategies, introduced digital credit assessment tools, improving loan processing efficiency, played a key role in growing the SACCO's loan portfolio and championed the adoption of IFRS 9. Committed to fostering financial inclusion and supporting the growth of SACCO members through responsible lending practices. She holds a Bachelor of Business Information Technology, a Diploma in Oracle 11G and is currently pursuing CCP certification.

Audit, Risk & Compliance
Raphael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Secretary (CS) and a Qualified Internal Audit Quality Assessor (QAIP). He is also a Certified Financial Coach and member in good standing of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is currently pursuing Master of Economics in Co-operation and Human Development. Raphael is a seasoned leader in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance and Governance with over 13 years' experience spanning from external audit, banking, microfinance, and SACCO Sector. In the Sacco, he drives provision of reliable assurance in improving Risk Management, Internal Controls, and Governance processes towards a risk intelligent enterprise.
ICT
ICT Manager
Ruth is a highly accomplished ICT professional with over 12 years of experience in the financial sector. She has a strong expertise in ICT operations, project management, digital transformation, ICT strategy development and execution, network and infrastructure management, and cybersecurity operations. Additionally, she is a certified trainer. She holds a bachelor's degree in information technology and is currently pursuing a master's degree in ICT Management. Ruth is certified in A+, N+, Cisco CCNA, and Google Cloud Digital Leader. She has also completed executive education in Business Leadership at Strathmore Business School (Managers Leadership Program) and Global Business Management at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. She is an active member of the Computer Society of Kenya (CSK) and the Association of Computing Practitioners of Kenya (ACPK). Her key roles at Qona Sacco are to modernize SACCO operations through technology, automation, process digitization, and aligning ICT strategies with business goals to enhance efficiency, security, and service delivery.

Marketing Manager
Richmond is a business leader with proven commercial excellence, bringing strong experience in enterprise growth and institutional transformation in Telecommunications and media. At Qona Sacco, he is responsible for driving brand growth, member growth, and loan book growth, directly aligning marketing strategy with the Sacco's commercial and financial objectives. Previously, he served as Marketing Manager at Jamii Telecommunications Limited, where he drove the growth of Faiba Home, Faiba Business, and Faiba Mobile, while holding revenue responsibility for both Fixed and Mobile business units. He also served as Project Lead during the launch of the East Africa Device Assembly Kenya initiative, a strategic public–private partnership supporting digital inclusion and local manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication (Graphic Communication and Advertising) from Moi University and a Certificate in Business Leadership and Entrepreneurship from the YALI Regional Leadership Centre East Africa.

Ruth is a customer-centric leader with extensive experience in financial services and real estate. She is recognized for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong stakeholder relationships. She has held senior roles including Customer Service Manager at Bank of Africa–Kenya, Customer Service Manager at Mwananchi Credit Ltd, and Customer Experience Manager at Username Properties Ltd, gaining extensive exposure across Banking, Credit, Real Estate, Conveyancing and Contact Center environments. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management), strengthening her strategic, financial, and managerial expertise. She is also a member of the Institute of Customer Experience, reflecting her commitment to excellent service standards.
