Fresiah Githua is currently serving as the Honourable Secretary to the Board. She is serving in the Finance and Administration (FA), Credit, and the Ad hoc ICT Committees. She is a distinguished legal and corporate governance professional with a career spanning over 15 years. She is currently the Managing Director of Computer Revolution Africa Group Limited (CRAG).
She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a practicing Arbitrator. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, Institute of Directors, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, International Commission of Jurists (ICJ), and Kenya Human Rights Advocates Network (K.H.R.A-Net).
Education & Qualifications
She is a holder of Bachelor of Laws from The University of Nairobi, has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Part 1 and 2 (Sec I-IV) and is currently undertaking her Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from University of Salford.
