Joseph is a holder of MBA (Strategic Management) and BCom (Accounting) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA K). He is a member of ICPAK in good standing and a founding member of Kenya Society of Professional Co-operators (KSPC) and institute of Directors (IOD). He is also an African Development Educator (ADE).

He has over 20 years work experience, fifteen of which have been in Senior Management. Joseph is a highly skilled and self - oriented professional, a team player and adaptable to all challenging situations. He is passionate about digital transformation and innovation.
