Patrick Nduati

Patrick currently serves as the Treasurer and Chairperson of the Finance & Administration Committee and previously served as the Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee. Patrick is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, governance, and strategic oversight. He is currently the Financial Controller at Safaricom Ethiopia, where he leads core financial operations for a major multinational organization. Prior to this, he served as the Group Financial Controller at Acorn Holdings Limited, and held several senior roles at Safaricom PLC, including Team Leader – Record to Report, Manager – Financial Controls & Reporting, and Treasury Manager.

His early career spans the manufacturing and FMCG sectors, where he built a strong foundation in accounting, financial planning, and operational finance. Patrick previously served three years on the Qona SACCO Supervisory Committee, contributing to oversight of compliance, governance standards, and member protection. His cumulative experience across corporate finance, risk management, and cooperative governance allows him to bring deep insight and strategic value to the Board.
